Betfair Heads Up Poker Tournament Zone

Betfair Poker is the Heads Up Tournament Zone Sponsor of the 2009 Canadian Poker Expo.

The Heads-Up Zone free rolls are sure to be a hit for the lucky few that register to play.

The Heads Up tournament registration opens at 10am Saturday and Sunday. Make sure that you get to the expo early to sign up for this event.  Registration is FREE and players are allowed to re-register to play again.

Only 64 players can sign up for each scheduled time slot.  There are eight heads up tables in the zone and each game houses an 8 man elimination tournament.  The tournaments will consist of 7 matches to get 1 winner per table for each time slot.  There will be a maximum of 48 players playing for the Grand Prize in the final on Sunday.

Heads Up Tournament Schedule:

  • Saturday 10:30am ­ 1:00pm ­ 3:30pm ­ 6:00pm
  • Sunday 10:30am ­ 1:00pm
  • Final will be played at 3:00pm on Sunday

Win a seat at the 2010 World Series of Poker

The winner of each Heads Up Tournament will be entered into the final that will be played on Sunday at 3:30 pm.  The winner of the final will receive a $6500 World Series Of Poker CPE prize package which includes a $5000 buyin to the 2010 WSOP, airfare and accommodations while in Las Vegas.

$25,000 Freeroll Tournament

In addition to the Poker Tournament Zone inside the Canadian Poker Expo, attendees at the Canadian Poker Expo will automatically be entered into the $25,000 'Get In The Game!' Freeroll Poker Tournament.
This exciting tournament will be held online one week after the CPE. Your ticket will be handed to you at the show and can be used to register for this tournament as well as be kept informed of future free-roll tournaments and other great poker community events.
